Request for the Multiple Visa

When an applicant will visit Japan a few times in one year, and wishes double-entry visas or multiple-entry visas to be issued, a formal request should be made in writing either by the Saudi or Japanese company with reasons. (Pease note that some case will not be approved)

In principal, 3 years-valid or 1 year-valid Multiple Visa will be issued for the nationals of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, South Africa and 5 years-valid Multiple Visa for the naionals of U.A.E. by the decision of the Embassy of Japan. For other nationals, 1 year-valid Multiple Visa may be issued after consultations with Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tokyo, which will take about 1~2 weeks.
